The first step in this journey is first to become aware of the number of thoughts we have every single day. It’s a lot of thoughts! Some of them we are incredibly aware of. Others pass by without us even noticing.
But these thoughts can still leave their mark. If you’ve ever felt down, sad, or just a bit off, and you aren’t sure why, there is a chance that you are experiencing some heavy thoughts without even being aware of them.
