Our brains are hardwired for negativity! A negativity bias is our brain's ability to focus on the negative events of our lives. As a result, we focus heavily on the negative aspects of our lives, and tend to downplay, or even ignore, the positives. In this episode, we explore the negativity bias, as well as mindfulness skills to help you increase your ability to focus on the positive aspects of your day. Do you have an idea for an episode?
