After all of the bustle and busyness of the holidays, the cooking and baking, wrapping presents, it’s hard to believe that the holidays are firmly behind us. Life, at least for me, has returned to the daily routine.
And, with that daily routine, comes the return of your weekly Miscarriage Therapist newsletter! Here is a preview of what you can expect in January, 2023:
For free subscribers, I’m going to spend this week talking about various wellness strategies we can utilize after a loss. I was inspired by a text my mom sent me after one of our losses, that outlined basic wellness activities: drink a glass of water. Go for a walk. Eat something, anything. Pet your dog. It’s amazing how simple activities can be so impactful. Wellness doesn’t have to be a big production. And, let’s be honest, few of us have the energy for big wellness productions after a loss. So, stay tuned once a week for different wellness strategies to support you this month.
For paid subscribers, I’m doing a deeper dive this month into the various emotions we experience after a pregnancy loss. Every Tuesday, starting January 10th, paid subscribers will receive support for various emotions they may be feeling.

Finally, my free Pregnancy Loss Support Group is starting January 9th! The group will meet every night next week as we explore various levels of support we need after a pregnancy loss.
